Overview

These Terms & Conditions apply when you use this website, book a styling service, or purchase a session from Patricia Berindei.

Services

Services may include virtual consultations, wardrobe audits, personal shopping, outfit direction, styling notes, and related personalized styling guidance. Styling recommendations are based on the information provided by the client and Patricia's professional judgment.

Bookings

Appointments are booked through the scheduling link provided on this website. You are responsible for entering accurate contact information, selecting the correct service, and attending the appointment at the selected time.

Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe or another listed payment provider. A booking may not be considered final until payment is completed, unless Patricia confirms otherwise in writing.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Clients should request rescheduling at least 24 hours before the appointment time. Appointments cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours' notice may be non-refundable. If Patricia needs to cancel or reschedule, the client will be offered a new appointment time or another reasonable solution.

Refunds

Because styling services reserve time and are personalized, payments may be non-refundable once a session is booked or started. Refunds, credits, or rescheduling may be reviewed case by case.

Client responsibility

Clients are responsible for their own purchasing decisions, clothing purchases, sizing choices, budget decisions, and how they apply styling advice. Patricia does not guarantee a specific personal, social, financial, or professional outcome from styling services.
